We've been trying to put on a hometown screening for eons and FINALLY...<BR>
CineKink - &quot;the kinky film festival&quot; - puts the spank back into Spanktown (aka Rahway, NJ) at a special afterparty to follow the town's day-long Rahway Culture Crawl 2017!<BR>
Rahway's Lisa Vandever, CineKink co-founder &amp; director, will screen some of her favorites from the festival archives, putting together a fun, quirky, mildly spicy selection of short films for your titillation and amusement.<BR>
Also on hand, DJ Martyn Fire will offer up a mix of sexy movie music. PLUS door prizes, CineKinky drink specials and Meatballs &amp; Brews' delicious, full menu will be available for meatballs and more!<BR>
(Weather permitting, we'll be projecting outside in the tiki bar, so the movies will start after dark.)<BR>

Or by car, we're just off of the NJ Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and/or 1/9. Easy peasy!<BR>

NOTES FOR TODAY:<BR>
Remember, we start up screenings tonight at Anthology Film Archives (32 Second Avenue @ Second Street) - call time is 6:15!<BR>
Load in will be fairly light, since I dropped off some of the heavier materials on Monday night in advance of the storm. (They are stored in the gallery at the bottom of the stairs and need to be moved up to the second floor.)<BR>
The set up part is a little more complicated.  We have our “step-and-repeat” banner that needs to go up.  Ideally, one side needs to be trimmed about a foot, to fit more easily in the space. This doesn’t have to happen before 7 pm, but we need to get it started. (There’s a bag with a pair of meat scissors AND a hairdryer. These are to be used in this endeavor.)<BR>
Also, heads up, due to weather delays to delivery, we might not have badge holders in time for the opening. If needed, we’ll give each pass holder a ticket to the Secretary screening and sort out their badges later.<BR>

THEATRE OPERATIONS - JOB DESCRIPTIONS<BR>
Will-Call - work will-call table in downstairs theatre lobby, distributing advance tickets and passes to buyers.<BR>
Usher #1 - manage velvet rope in theatre lobby and take ticket stubs from audience before they head upstairs; help clear and tidy auditorium following screenings<BR>
Usher #2 - additional crowd control at entrance to upstairs screening area; check for ticket stubs as needed, distribute materials, help clear and tidy auditorium following screening<BR>
Info Desk - general hospitality at upstairs information desk, keep track of festival and sponsor materials on display, process any ticket sales not handled by box office, t-shirt sales, keep any cash or valuables secure.  (*NOTE - while the other positions mainly handle rush times, this person generally sticks around in the time between and after shifts, so that somebody is on duty during screenings.)<BR>
